I have been using the services of the PetPalz for over 2 and 1/2 years to look after my cat Nero. I travel a lot for my job and found that Nero was getting distressed going backwards and forwards from the cattery. Also as I live alone, while I was away, there was no one collecting my mail and checking my property.

PetPalz have solved those problems with their great service. Nero is happy staying at home and as they collect my mail and are visiting once a day there is the added security of someone coming and going from my house while I am away. They even clean Nero's dirt box!

We have used Jessica's PetPalz services at least half a dozen times, both for long trips away (nearly a month!) and short ones. She is trustworthy, responsible, and efficient. We've always come home to a happy cat and an orderly home. If there are any concerns whilst we are away, Jessica contacts us, it provides such peace of mind to know that things at home are okay, and that our littlest family member is being looked after. Jeremiah was euphonise last week end, he'd gotten in pain with his arthritis and he'd lived a long life 19 years, it would of been prolonging his pain so he's now out of pain. I do miss him.

Thank you for all your excellent care over the years, you did a great job, I always felt happy leaving him and my house in your care. If ever you would like a reference/recommendation I'd be only to happy to supply one.  If I do get another moggie I'll be calling on you again. Hope you get sometime to relax.
